Refund and Returns Policy

At Geekzeus, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Geekzeus X1 Pro. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With all original accessories included (controllers, HDMI cables, power adapters, manuals).
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If the returned item is found to be damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of heavy use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@geekzeus.com

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Defective Products: If your console is not working correctly due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products (if applicable).
  • Items bought on “Final Sale” (unless defective).

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time (usually 3-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a pre-paid label was provided.
